We have ordered quite a few candles and have been impressed every time. Remember not every candle is going to be the 'Hope Diamond;' but it's more of the cool idea these candles represent (and they smell amazing)... When you give someone a gift like this it's just a unique experience. Also this is a small company and their customer service the one time I had a question was impeccable. These guys and gals are trying and it's a unique experience. Great company-

I've bought a few candles from this company. Some for me and some for gifts. My recent purchase, Unicorn Poop, was mainly purchased because of the name. 🤪
By far my favorite. Such a unique company and yes there is a diamond in every one that I have bought.

Bought two candles for my daughters birthday they were delivered on time and she loves them.

Oh, if I could give them no or negative stars, believe me, I would. My experience with them (still ongoing since March 24, 2023) is this: I ordered approximately $200 worth of candles, particularly picked out for my wife in order to gift them to her for her April 2nd birthday. I ordered priority mail and they sent it fedex to an address I have never known nor been affiliated with. I was given a tracking number as I was hounding them for a tracking number as it was getting too close for comfort to my beautiful wife's birthday. Finally, they texted me one and it looked peculiar in the way that it didn't seem to be a USPS tracking number (not to mention I ordered Priority Mail to come in two days). It was a Fedex tracking number.that was set as a regular non-priority delivery. I also saw the shipping address, though, and emailed them IMMEDIATELY. After four days they emailed me back with this whole Stepford Wives act where they are all fake to you and though you know you told them with plenty of time to change the address, they didn't and they sweetly talked 8u11$h1t to me. Oh, no! Let's see. Oh, well it says delivered. Yes 81tch, because you didn't re-route it when FedEx told me you could have then and it would have gone to the right address. They said, "So sorry, but our policy says that we cannot ship you an order that's already been delivered.". UGHHH. They charged me a second time for shipping and won't take it off and I do not have my wife's birthday gift nor my money back and ai am going to begin a class action lawsuit. Who's in with me?

I am a first time customer to forever wick. My order came and one of my candles came broken. I sent in a message to customer service and received an answer quickly. I spoke with Marry and she was amazing and very helpful. I got a new replacement candle being sent. The candle I am currently burning smells amazing and I will definitely be buying forever wick again.

The first order took a little longer than expected to receive but they included a free gift for the delay. I've ordered 3 times now and wive loves them and the different scents. She didn't believe me at first about the diamond in the candle until we got our first one out of the candle.

After spinning the discount wheel, they said I won a second diamond for free… and then I ordered a candle and looked in the box and wondering where the second candle and diamond and to my surprise no second diamond!!! So I contacted them and said what happened and then they told me that I have to spend 60 dollars or more to get that free Diamond!! WTH REALLY, don’t trust this company. FALSE ADVERTISING , DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Love this candles. Once fedex broke one of my candles and was sent a,replacement within 2days.

I actually really liked them at first . Then all of a sudden I started getting orders I never placed and charged for them . Also the diamonds are real I believe however don’t ever expect to get a good one lol usually they’re worth like 28 dollars or less . I’m pretty disappointed because it was really cool at first until I got charged hundreds of dollars and boxes I didn’t order delivered to my door I didn’t order . It was a thing me and my fiancé would do to surprise each other but tbh now it’s quite ruined , sadly . As he even makes his own jewelry .

Honestly… I think they’ve been great! The first time I went on their site, I clicked to spin, not expecting to win anything in the little wheel of fortune but to my surprise, I won a really tiny, but cute Diamond! And then proceeded to buy a couple of candles, just to try it out, and see how they were. All of them came with diamonds in them! And I thought they smelled fantastic. The one thing I will say is I wish it had a description of what the scents are consisting of instead of having a kind of guess. I see a lot of people have been saying they either haven’t gotten their orders or the can’t smell their candles or the like they didn’t get anything in there Kendyl and I just think that’s crazy because I’ve ordered from them three more times and I have one free diamond every time, and every single one of my candles is that a diamond in it so… anyone seeing this review, I would give it another go. Maybe it was just an off time, but they all have diamonds in mine! And they smell really good to me lol. The only thing I can say is that yeah, the diamonds are tiny, but I’ve made it a point to buy all of the candles that are on sale instead of the candles that are full price. of course maybe if you get some thing for the price, there’s a bigger chance of getting a bigger diamond I have yet to find that out though, but maybe I will give it a go and write another review just to give an update! Of all the candle options for jewelry and things according to my research, they are one of the only ones that have genuine diamonds in them that are certified. And I think it’s really cool that you can get your diamonds put in some jewelry! My feeling is that you can make money on things like this if you play your cards right. Maybe I’m just lucky but I’ve had a great experience with these guys and I intend to keep buying their candles because I love candles and I feel like why not get a little prize with your candle if you’re already gonna be spending money on it? totally worth it to me. ☺️ hope this review helps!

I ordered a gift set for my wife, we're happy with the candles and she loves the scrub and lotion.
I originally received just the candle and was missing the other set items and the candle jar had been broken in shipping. I sent 1 email and within a day a new complete set was on its way. I'm happy with both the products and the customer service I received.

My wife loves the smell of the candle. Very fast shipping and great price for the candles. I definitely would recommend buying
